Specialisation

Conveyor installations in buildings (lifts, escalators, fully automated car parking and stacker systems and façade access systems), although - or indeed precisely because - they represent only a relatively small detail in the overall design of a building, display enormous diversity with regard to their technical, economic, quality and design aspects. Thanks to our specialisation in this one field, we have the whole market in view, and our detailed knowledge of it enables us to range widely in our search for the appropriate solution from among all the varied possibilities.
All our project managers have been specialists in this field for many years.

Ever since our company was established, customers have regularly asked us to involve ourselves in the planning of other areas of building technology as well. We believe that the best results are achieved if all parties confine themselves to doing what they do best. And so we continue to concentrate on our core competence, and we do it with all the enthusiasm that specialists are capable of.

Experience
Over 25 years of specialisation and 1,500 completed projects give us a wealth of experience which we systematically exploit and document. Our fields of activity - the planning of new lift systems, the modernisation and refurbishment of existing ones, and lift management – are characterised by a very high degree of cross-fertilisation. We know how valuable this experience is, and have set up an efficient corporate structure to ensure that it flows into all our projects. We have, for example, a staff unit called “Information and Technology Circulars”, and another called “Standards and Regulations”.

The decisive elements that go to make up our professionality are the size and structure of our company and the qualifications of our staff. H&P has been certified under DIN EN ISO 9001 since 1997. The obligation this imposes on us - to organise our services and processes well in order to be able to offer consultancy services of the highest, and above all of consistent, quality - is fine by us: it’s the way we work in any case.
